So what's the deal here with the new merch?!

All of our pawesome merchandise you see here in the shop is designed by our team, but created and shipped by a print-on-demand company. This means that once you place your order, they print the product and ship it directly to you!

This is awesome for a nonprofit like us because we don't have to shell out a bunch of money up front on inventory and we don't have to waste time shipping packages. Yay – more time to save pups! The downside is that we don't get to physically check the products before they're sent to you. Although we trust our friends that send your goodies out to you, please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you feel like something is wrong with your order. We want you to LOVE and rep your TLRD gear! Please email mackenzie@thelittlereddog.org with any questions or concerns and she'll get back to you as soon as pawsibble.

 

How fast will my items ship?

While it depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout, most items are made and shipped out within 48 hours of purchase.

 

What's the return policy?

If something is physically wrong with your product (i.e. different size from what you ordered, wrong item, something missing, etc.), shoot us an email to mackenzie@thelittlereddog.org and we'll fix it!

If you want a different size or a different color, we cannot offer normal returns/exchanges since we do not hold any inventory and these items are made just for you. Please check the provided size charts before purchasing. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, we will figure out a way to make ya happy! Just email us – mackenzie@thelittlereddog.org.

Please remember that your purchases made in the TLRD shop are donations to our nonprofit dog rescue.
